An experienced business leader based in New York City, Jeffrey Pikus opened Bluestar Properties, Inc., in 1997. Currently, as the company’s president and chief executive officer, Jeffrey Pikus oversees the acquisition and management of office real estate and multifamily properties throughout the New York City metropolitan area.
In 2006, Jeffrey Pikus expanded his activities by establishing Kids Do Care, Ltd., a nonprofit program that educates elementary school children on the valuable role of the United States military and the men and women who serve. Kids Do Care arranges for members of the U.S. Armed Forces to speak at elementary schools throughout the country and provides children the opportunity to communicate with servicemen and women using cards and letters.
Mr. Pikus holds an honors degree in finance. In addition to his work at Bluestar Properties and Kids Do Care, he has co-chaired fundraising events for Hale House, a philanthropic organization that provides housing services to New York City’s most in-need individuals and families. Apart from his professional and charitable activities, he enjoys baseball, football, and hockey.
